Merchandise may be returned within 10 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be in factory mint condition.
No returns accepted on open cartridges or rolls of paper.
All returns require a Return Authorization # (RA) and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please request RA# via the Contact Us page. Returns without a return authorization number are subject to higher restocking fees.
Shipping charges on any returns are the responsibility of the customer.
